YES! Kickboxing offers a high-energy workout combining Martial Arts techniques with cardio that will get your heart pumping. Benefits of Kickboxing include: Losing weight, building stronger muscles, Improving your flexibility, coordination, and many more.
Much of my pride comes from my students. I trained numerous athletes to compete both provincially and nationally in Kickboxing and Muaythai. In October 2018, I sent two athletes to MTO Nationals with one bringing home Bronze and another winning Gold to become the National Muaythai Champ.
A MESSAGE FROM DAWN
In 2014, I started a Women’s Only Kickboxing program, Onna Bugeisha, with the goal of sharing my love for Martial Arts. For inspiring people to see their potential, to meet their fitness goals, and to help them grow as human beings. From starting with a group of 18 women to growing to Sudbury Kickboxing Academy, here we are now. My Martial Arts experience is vast, covering many different arts, and has reached the world stage on numerous occasions.
