Is Kickboxing for me?
Kickboxing offers a high-energy workout combining Martial Arts techniques with cardio that will get your heart pumping. Benefits of kickboxing include:

Do I have to be in shape to join?
No, Sudbury Kickboxing Academy welcomes all fitness levels through offering all types of classes from women’s only, beginner, and instructor’s choice, through to intermediate and contact sparring. Classes will challenge any fitness level and help you improve your physical fitness and flexibility.
I’m not a fighter. Do I have to compete?
No, at Sudbury Kickboxing Academy we believe you don’t have to be a fighter to train like one.
Is Kickboxing suitable for children?
At Sudbury Kickboxing Academy, we offer a fun, safe and positive learning environment where your child can develop self-esteem, confidence, discipline, and respect. In our classes, your child will learn valuable Self-Defence skills all while improving their overall fitness. It has been our experience that training in Martial Arts benefits children as they develop valuable life skills such as the ability to work as a team, leadership skills, and increased confidence and motivation. The skills we teach at Sudbury Kickboxing Academy are transferrable through everyday life.
What are my membership options?
Sudbury Kickboxing Academy offers short and long-term memberships allowing students to train six days a week and choose from multiple class options. Attendance is monitored and booked through our My Studio App. At SKA we take our training seriously expecting both attendance and effort from all of our students. Since it’s easy to make excuses, we hold each other accountable.
