OUR Schedule

At Sudbury Kickboxing Academy, we offer a flexible, evening-based schedule designed for all skill levels — from beginners learning the basics to experienced athletes refining their technique. Our weekly classes include Introductory/Beginner, Recreational Kickboxing, Junior Warrior Kickboxing (ages 8–12), Intermediate, and Open Gym/Sparring sessions.

Each class focuses on building strength, improving technique, and boosting confidence in a supportive environment led by experienced coaches. Whether you’re training for fitness, self-defence, or competition, our schedule makes it easy to find a class that fits your goals and lifestyle.
